FAQ's
  • How many kettlebells do I need?
    You can run the entire training system with one kettlebell. But to get maximum benefits I recommend two kettlebells for the maximal strength and power endurance phases.
  • How long is the program?
    MtS contains three, four week phases. Time investment ranges between 45-90 minutes per week. With each session ~20-30 minutes.
  • What Exercises are Included?
    The majority of the program is based on the kettlebell press. But we introduce the clean to leverage "contrast training" in the power endurance phase. Pound-for-pound the best exercise combination for BJJ.
