  • What equipment do I need for ABR?
    Only ONE kettlebell and your body weight. One of the key components to ABR is it's 'Strength Engine' which is made up of 3 principles/philosophies:

    1.) Less is MORE approach.
    2.) Fewer Moving Parts (one kettlebell).
    3.) High Accessibility (body weight).

    And the ONE KETTLEBELL Philosophy is aligned to all 3 so you can be more consistent.
  • What Exercises are Included?
    Great question. The second key component of ABR is it's 'Power Engine.' Which includes the 'Power 4.'

    1.) Bodyweight Dips.
    2.) Chin-ups.
    3.) Front Squats.
    4.) Deadlifts.

    Plus a 'Pattern Pairing Progression' guide so you can cycle exercises based on your strength and skill level.
  • What's the time investment? Can I do this at my own pace?
    On pg. 11, you'll find the only program tailored to your needs, schedule, and stress levels. Which means you can run the plan at your pace.

    I build the framework so you can operate freely within the system. Where, when, and how you get the training is... it up to you.

    Time investment ranges between 45minutes to 90 minutes per week.
  • How long is the program?
    Phase 1: "Foundations" is 4 weeks. If you need more preparation you can extend to 8 weeks.

    Phase 2: "Practical Tactical Method" is 6 weeks.
